What to expect during the
H.E.A.R.T. Sequence Somatic & Tonal Session

1. The session will entail 45-minute session focusing on a specific area of growth. Mind mapping is a fast and simple method to connect virtually with you and quickly identify areas of support needed during and after the session.
2. Once the area(s) of growth are identified, we will design a one-of -kind Invocation and Tonal song using over 3,000 potential H.E.A.R.T. Sequences. Upon completion of your session, you will receive a custom audio recording of your Invocation & Tonal song
3. You and your facilitator will then work together during the session to integrate the Invocation, and the H.E.A.R.T. Sequences identified.
4. At the end of the session you will be provide with the Invocation and The H.E.A.R.T. Sequence curated for your specified area of growth via email so that you can continue to use your new tools over the prescribe time suggested in session.
